A living rhythm is not a schedule. It is not a diet. There is nothing fixed about it.

We live in a world that is constantly changing, and we are no exception to that rule. Our bodies are always in either a state of ease or dis-ease. Coherence or incoherence.
On the level of energy, we are constantly in motion. And, at any given moment, we are either moving in the direction of balance or imbalance.
So you can think of Finding Your Healing Rhythm as you finding your groove with the world around you for the purpose of creating harmony in the world inside of you.
